Libby/Kanopy Updates at OCPL

To the patrons of Owen County Public Library---

For security reasons, Overdrive is requiring that OCPL set up PIN verification for our patrons to access both Libby and Kanopy.

The PIN used in this verification is the PIN that was provided to you upon the creation of your physical library card.

If you don’t remember the PIN, you have two options:

1. Patrons with an active email on file with the library can reset their PIN online by clicking this link, clicking LOG IN, clicking Forgot my PIN, and following the instructions on the screen.
2. Patrons without an email address on file will need to call OCPL at 812-829-3392 during open hours to retrieve their PIN, or come to the library in person.  Staff will ask patrons identifying questions before releasing PIN information.
