When is the next class?
We do not have dates on the books just yet. We are collecting interest now, and the next session gets scheduled once enough people have put their names down. Register your interest on this page and we will contact you as soon as we have dates.
What the class involves
The course runs about ten weeks, meeting two evenings a week with a live instructor. Recent sessions have met at the Owen County Community Foundation office, 60 E Market St, Spencer, on the south side of the square. The location for the next session is confirmed when it is scheduled.
Certification exam
You schedule your certification exam after the course begins, and exam vouchers are provided in class. The test is taken at Ivy Tech. Under certain circumstances testing can be arranged for a Friday afternoon or Saturday at the Owen County Public Library.
