This month we have TWO exciting events featuring short films. The first is our own Third Annual Film Festival featuring local filmmakers. This collection of six very different short films will screen at Spencer’s Tivoli Theater on Tuesday, September 21st starting at 6:30 pm. Stick around after the screening for the presentation of prizes as decided by our panel of judges.
The second event is the worldwide MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival. This film festival is screened all over the world during the same week. This is OCPL’s 3rd time participating in this festival that lets YOU be the judge. We will have two screenings to accommodate as many participants as possible and are willing to add an additional showing if we have enough interest. Scheduled screenings are Thursday, September 23rd and Tuesday, September 28th with both starting just after 6 pm. View the trailer here.
